Open Access Policy

CESI provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. CESI is an “open access” journal that gives online access, free of charge and other access barriers.

CESI supports the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing which defines an open access journal as one which grants a "free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit, and display the work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works, in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship" and from which every article is "deposited immediately upon initial publication in at least one online repository".  All CESI publications are licensed under a CC BY 4.0 license.

As an open access publication model, CESI enables a free-of-cost dissemination of refereed research to the global community. CESI is committed to achieving the highest quality of scientific research to drive progress in academic research with innovation. Authors publishing with CESI retains the copyright to their work, allowing the articles to be re-used and re-distributed without restriction as long as the original work is correctly cited. CESI supports the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing. CESI has been helping students, scholars, researchers, professionals, scientific societies, and academic institutions to achieve their goals in an ever-changing world.
